3/4 cup frozen blueberries1 cup orange juice3 oz nonfat plain yogurt2 oz of Part skim Ricotta cheese1 tbsp Vanilla extractsweetner
Directions
Blend all ingredients toegther
I used Nu Stevia, but you can use splenda or whatever you like
