Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Put on sandwich or over lettuce

    This was fantastic! I tossed mine in half a pita pocket as a sandwich, I added a little more curry to mine, it tasted more like honey mustard to me, but so good and such a nice change from my mormal lunch - 6/16/11
