Parmesan Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower (about 470 g-cooked weight)2 tbsp olive oil1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Cut up cauliflower into 1 inch chunks. Put in large bowl or bag. Add oil and shake to cover. Add the other ingredients and shake. Place on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
