1 small banana¼ c. fresh strawberries¼ c. fresh blueberries¼ c. raspberries½ frozen banana (peeled and frozen in advance)½ c. frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)½ c. fruit juice or other liquid such as milk, soy milk or yogurt
Makes two 8 oz. servings.
Peel and freeze bananas broken in half.
Wash and prepare fresh fruit.
Place all ingredients in a blender and process on Liquify setting until well blended and smooth.
You can substitute the fresh and frozen fruit for any combination you like! Try mango, kiwi and banana with tangerine juice or peach, canteloupe and blueberry with vanilla soy milk ... Enjoy!
