Maple oat bread

*HyVee Old Fashioned Oats, 4 cup (remove)Boiling Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*active dry yeast ( 1 pk), 4 serving (remove)Water, tap, 1.3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Canola Oil, 8 tbsp (remove)Salt, 6 tsp (remove)*Flour, white, 11 cup (remove)Maple Syrup, 2 cup (remove)
Place oats in food processor and process for 6-7 seconds until coursely chopped. add boiling water and let stand until mixture cools to 110 -115 degrees.
Dissolve yeast in the other 1.3 cups of warm water (110-115 degrees). Add maple syrup, oil, salt, oat mixture and 2 cups of flour.
Stir in enough of the rest of the flour to form a soft dough.
Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.Place in greased bowl and turn once to grease top. Cover and let rise until double, about 1 hour.
Punch down and shape into four greased loaf pans. cover and let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack and paint top with oil.
