Ingredients
* Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) * Yogurt, plain, low fat, 4 tbsp * Cider Vinegar, 8 tbsp * Honey, 1 tbsp * ready to use herb mixture - like italian seasoning * Yellow Mustard, 1 tbsp
Directions
- Shred the cabbage- preferably using a machine. by hand using a knife and cutting really thin it takes longer.

- Mix all the other ingridients to a sauce

- mix with shredded cabbage

- This makes 8 servings of ca. 2 cups. depends a little on the size of your cabbage head.

- Attention: this salad tastes a lot better on the second and third day. If you are single and get fed up with the taste, add carrots and curry on day two - apple and celery on day three.
