Bill's French Toast

Ingredients
4 slices of deli fresh 5 grain bread2 eggs2 tbsp half & half1/4 tsp cinnamondash of salt2 tbs I can't Believe it's not Butter1/4 c. Low calorie Sugar free Maple Syrup
Directions
This recipe makes two good sized servings

Mix the eggs, half & half, cinnamon and salt with a wisk. Pour into a shallow dish soak the bread slices turning them occasionally untill they have absorbed all the liquid.

spray a skillet with a bit of I can't believe it's not butter spray.
Fry the bread slices till golden brown.

Coat each piece with the I Can't Believe It's not Butter and the sugar free maple syrup. Serve
