Lasagna Spinach Rollups

Ingredients
2 oz. whole wheat lasagna (mine calculated to 3 sheets)1 oz skim ricotta cheese, I mixed this with italian herbs1 mozzarella cheese stick or maybe try 1 oz.1/2 c. fresh spinach1/2 c. homemade pasta sauce
Directions
Coat bottom of dish/pan with some of sauce.

Cook and drain lasagna. Lay out on board. Paint the ricotta on the pasta. Add other cheeses. Top with spinach leaves. Roll and place in dish.
