2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil1 TBSP Regina Red Wine Vinegar1/8 tsp oreganoLess than 1/8 tsp saltJuice from 1/8 LimeMakes 3 (healthy) one-tablespoon helpings. So if you use all of the above on your salad, you would add 240 calories and 3 times the nutrient values.
Directions
Mix and pour. Cookbooks advise to add the oil last, pouring in slowly while whisking to mix ingredients well.
