Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Ginger Dressing (below)4 Cups shredded romaine lettuce8 oz. cut up cooked chicken breast1 medium carrot shredded (about 1/2 cup)1/3 cup sliced green onions (with tops)1 tbsp toasted sesame seed3 cups crunchy chow mein noodlesGinger Dressing:1/3 C. canola oil1/4 C. white wine vinegar1 tbsp truvia2 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp ground ginger
Directions
Prepare Ginger Dressing:
Shake all ingredients in tightly covered container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Pour ginger dressing over lettuce, chicken, carrot and onions in large bowl. Toss with 1/2 of the chow mein noodles. Spoon Salad over remaining noodles. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
