Quick Oat /bran/banana muffins

3/4 c. all purpose flour1/2 c. whole wheat flour3/4 c. rolled oats, ground1/4 c. ground flax seed1/4 c. bran2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp baking soda3/4 c. milk1/4 c. butter, melted1/2 c. egg substitute1 tsp. vanilla3 ripe bananas, mashed3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 400* F. Line mini muffin pans w/ paper liners or use Pam on bottom of muffin cups.. Combine wet ingredients and beat on low until blended. Add dry ingredients a little at a time until well blended, saving a small amount of the pecans for topping. Divide batter into baking cups, and sprinkle with remaining nuts. Bake until toothpick comes out clean, about 12-15 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
