Peanut Butter French Toast

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Nutella2 slices whole grain breadslices of banana1 egg1/4 cup milk1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Layer peanut butter or Nutella and banana slices between the the two pieces of bread. Mix egg, milk, and vanilla extract in dish. Dip bread into mixture. Cook in hot greased skillet 2-4 minutes per side.
