Peanut Butter & Banana French Toast!

1/4 cup of milk.1/4 tsp. of vanilla extract.1 egg.1-2 tbsp of peanut butter.1/2 banana (sliced)2 pieces of whole grain bread.
Layer peanut butter on two slices of bread and place banana slices on one piece of the bread. Mix together the egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Dump ingredients in a flat-like glass container to easily dip the entire sandwich in. Place the sandwich on a greased skillet after dipping it into the mix and cook until both sides of bread are dark brown, but not burnt!
I had some mix left over after making one sandwich. So, if you prepare another PB&B sandwich (using the other half of the banana), this recipe could make 2 servings.
