Crockpot Chicken Parisienne

6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4 oz each) salt and pepper to tastepaprika1/2 cup dry white wine1 (10.75 oz) can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup1 package fresh mushrooms, sliced (10 oz)1 cup reduced fat sour cream1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Sprinkle chicken breasts lightly with salt, pepper and paprika. Place in slow cooker. Combine wine, condensed soup and mushrooms in a mixing bowl. In another bowl, mix together sour cream and flour. Stir sour cream mixture into mushrooms and wine. Pour over chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle with additional paprika if desired.
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Makes 6 servings.

This was good. Chicken was very moist. I used healthy reqst cream of mush. soup and added a dry ranch pkt and lots of garlic salt about 6 hrs in as it was a little bland. You could add some onion and garlic cloves at the beginning - that would help deepen flavors. Kinda like Chicken Stroganoff. - 3/9/10
