Beef in Red Wine Gravy

Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs. beef stew meat3 tbsp. dried minced onion2 tsp. beef bouillon granules3 tbsp. cornstarchpepper to taste1-1/2 cups dry red winecooked no-yolk egg noodles (optional)
Directions
Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. Place stew meat in slow cooker; sprinkle with onion, bouillon granules, cornstarch, and pepper. Pour red wine over beef; cover and cook on low heat for 10-12 hours or high heat for 5-6 hours. Serve over cooked no-yolk egg noodles, if desired.
