Veggie Kabobs on the Grill

Ingredients
3 baby Zucchini, baby cut into 6 equal pc's1 large onion, large dice12 large Mushrooms, whole, stem removedPeppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 1/2, large cut into 2" cubes1 cup Kraft Fat Free Italian
Directions
Skewer veggies evenly onto 6 kabob skewers, place on cookie sheet and baste well on all sides using dressing.
Put kababs on the BBQ and grill until done as desired. Baste while cooking using remaining dressing. Use up the dressing that dripped onto to the cookie sheet as well.

    These were delicious! I made with some other veggies- cherry tomatoes, yellow squash, and green pepper instead of red. Basting in the Italian dressing is a great idea! - 5/16/10
