Fruity Oatmeal

Ingredients
3 cups gluten free oats2 tsp baking powder2 tsp cinnamin1/2 cup agave syrup (or 1 cup sugar)1/2 cup butter1 cup milk (or almond milk/soy/...)2 lg. eggs1 med/lg apple diced3/4 cup blueberries1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, then add in all others. Spray coat 8x8 baking pan. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350 for 35 -4 0 minutes. Serve warm/hot. Also makes a great dessert when you add some ice cream. :-) Enjoy!
