Chicken and noodles

Ingredients
3 Boneless Skinless chicken breasts3 tsp chicken bouillion (or about 5 cubes)1 medium onion chopped (1 cup)10 cups of water1 24oz package of Frozen Egg Noodles2 Tblsp corn starch
Directions
Place the chicken breasts, bouillion and onion in a stock pot with the water. Simmer until chicken is cooked throughly-the longer the better. Remove the chicken and chop into bite sized pieces and return to pot. Add frozen egg noodles and simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring occassionally. Add the corn starch to thicken. My husband likes to eat this on top of mashed potatoes, but I think it is a meal in itself. This makes 10 or more 1 cup servings.
