GF Granola

Ingredients

1/2 c. raisens1/2 c. chopped pecans1/2 c. chopped almonds1/2 c. chopped walnuts3 c oats1/2 PURE maple syrup1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon
Chop pecans, almonds and walnuts (roughly).
Add oats
Add cinnamon, salt, vanilla and maple syrup.
Mix well.
Spread on a greased pan and bake in oven 30 minutes at 325. Mix mixture every 10 minutes during cooking process.
Transfer to bowl and add raisens.
Cool and store in ref for up to 3 weeks. (Never lasts that long in my house)
Servings are 1/2 cup size
