Ingredients
1 lb. lump crab meat1 egg1 Tbsp parsley, dried2 Tbsp Mayonnaise1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard1 tsp dry mustard1 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted1/4 cup bread crumbs1 tsp worchestershire sauce1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
Directions
Makes 6 - 2.5 oz. patties.
Mix all ingredients together except the lumb crab meat. Lightly fold the crab meat into the mixture. Shape into 6 patties and bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes turning once half way through.
