Ingredients
1 pk shady brook farms turkey breast cutlets1 teaspoon dried parsley2 tablespoons honey2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar2 teaspoons prepared mustard1/3 cup orange juice
Directions
sprinkle turkey with parsley. spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray. heat over medium-high heat until hot; add turkey. cook 6-8 miniutes, turning once, until turkey is golden brown, tender and no longer pink in the center. remove turkey form skillet and add remaining ingredients. bring to a boil, stirring to blend pan drippings. simmer to reduce liquid. to serve, spoon sauce over turkey.
