Enchilada sauce - trader joes, 24 oz (remove)cooked shrimp - trader Joes (Large 50 - 70), 24 oz (remove)*Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 8 cup (remove)Whole Wheat Tortilla Organic - trader Joes, 15 serving (remove)sliced olives, 28 tbsp (remove)crab meat - trader Joes, 8 oz (remove)chopped onions and cilantro, to taste
Heat up Enchilada sauce on low heat, in a pan that you can lay a flat tortilla in. add cooked shrimp, Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, sliced olives, crab meat. Add chopped onions and cilantro, to taste. Roll up, put "seam down" in a pan, top with a little sauce and a little more cheese - bake at 375 for 15 - 20 minutes, to make sure the cheese is melted and the enchilada is hot, throughout.
