Homemade yogurtCinnamonxylitol or other sweetnerfresh fruit You can also add nuts and a variety of fruits
Mix all together and blend for a delicious smoothie of about 128 calories with Live bacteria culture.
To make homemade yogurt boil 4 cups of milk plus yogurt starter or 1 TBS of previous yogurt with active bacteria culture. until 180 F or 82 C, let cool to 43C or 110F Incubate overnight (dark warm place) Refrigerate when ready. Drain liquid well, mix up and use it in dressings, smoothies, casseroles, add lemon juice and salt to make cream cheese but really strain it first.
