Creamy chicken and rice

Ingredients
cream of mushroom soup-1 canboneless skinless chicken breasts-20 ozlong grain brown rice-1 cupfrozen asparagus-8 ozfrozen mustard greens-1 cup (spinach will also work well)salt and pepper for taste
Directions
In a cake pan combine rice, soup, asparagus, spices and 1 2/3 Cup water. Place chicken on top. Spread greens over the breasts. cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until rice is done

    This is a good basic recipe. It needs a bit more flavor though. I added quite a bit of Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Blend to it and it was better. - 10/21/08
