Easy Chicken Marinade

Ingredients
1/4 cup canola oil1/2 cup worchestershire sauce1/2 cup lemon juice3 cloves garlic, mined2 large chicken breasts, halved for 4 servings.
Directions
Combine ingredients. Put chicken breasts in a gallon storage bag for 6-8 hours.

Place chicken on a cookie sheet. Broil 10 minutes on each side. (Don't put on the top rack, your oven will catch on fire! Trust me!)

So easy and REALLY good!

    Added some chopped scalllions to the marinade and put a turkey tenderloin in the bag instead of chicken breasts overnight - yummy and moist. Baked it on 350* for 45 minutes and then tent rested for about 10. - 1/4/12
