Ingredients
Whole Chicken no skin or bone4 Carrots6 stalks Celery4 Leaves of Kale1 Large onion1 Stalk of Broccoli12 C. watersalt, pepper and herbs to taste
Directions
12 huge bowls of soup
Boil skinned chicken for 1 hour cool debone. Meanwhile chop up Veggies; add to cooking water with chicken & herbs and s & p. use veggies you have on hand. add !/2 cup rice IF you want.
