1/2 lb raw chicken breast (cut into bite size pieces)2 tbsp margarine (light)1 cup sliced mushrooms (fresh)1/2 can mushroom soup 1 1/8 cups milk1 pouch alfredo sauce (dry mix) ( i use clubhouse)325 grams dry penne
Spray skillet with cooking spray. Cook chicken over medium heat until no longer pink, add mushrooms,cook until soft season with ground pepper. Add margarine , stir well to coat mushrooms and chicken. Add milk, mushroom soup. and alfredo mix. Use whisk and stir until sauce begins to boil, turn down to low and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Drain pasta, add to sauce and mix until evenly coated.
