Best Dinner Salad EVER!!

Ingredients
5 oz Romaine lettuce (half a bag of lettuce)1 Medium Cucumber (peeled and cut up)2 Roma tomatoes (cut up)1 Green Bell Pepper (chopped)1 Medium Avocado (cut up)3 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 Tbs Lemon Juice1 Tsp Dried Tarragon (or more to taste)1 Tbs Red Wine VinegarSalt and Black Pepper
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all veggies EXCEPT the romaine. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Add Tarragon. Add oil, vinegar, and lemon juice. Toss well. Add romaine, sprinkle with a tiny bit of salt and toss all together. Can be refrigerated for up to half an hour without getting too wilted (top bowl with plastic wrap). Refrigeration not necessary if you want to serve immediately. Makes 6 - 1 Cup servings.
