brummel and brown spread 5Tflour 5Ta few large potatos3c lf milk2c chicken brothand a dash of instant potatos if want thicken soup with out waiting or if you are low on potatos
You can preboil peeled diced potatos to speed process heat large pot melt brummel and brown add flour and cook for a minute slowly stir in the broth while whisking. I add milk and potatos. I add some sea salt and pepper and garlic. If precooked potatos soup will be ready almost instantly. If not cook until they are fork tender. I add some topping a bit of bacon bits cheese or low fat sour cream. :) It is delish.
