3 oz mock tenderloin2 cup fresh broccoli3 oz baby carrots, sliced1/2 c. chopped onion3 oz baby portabella mushrooms, sliced1 tbsp Kikkomon Teriyaki Sauce1/2 c. prepared brown rice
Heat olive oil in a pan on high and fry meat. Add all the vegetables and continue to fry for about 10-15 minutes, constantly stirring. Turn the stove to low and add teriyaki sauce. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat. Add to the prepared brown rice and enjoy! It's simple and delicious. It was very filling to me.
