Super low fat italian soup (vegetarian)

Ingredients
Celery OnionsCarrotsTomato PassataChick PeasRed Kidney beans in chilli sauce
Directions
-Dice the veggies
-spray some cooking oil onto a non-sticking pan, lightly fry the onions
- add carrots, fry for another 10 mins
-add celery (+10 mins)
- put everything in the large pot, add vegetable stock, chick peas, kidney beans and passata
-cook for another 10-20 mins (or until veggies are med-soft)
(add salt, pepper, spices or tabasco if you like)
-enjoy!
