Ingredients
Swiss chard, a cup chopped, cooked 2 fresh eggs1/4 cup nonfat milk1/2 cup breadcrumbs1/4 cup chopped onions1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
ISet oven at 350 degrees. use a 6 muffin, 3 inch wide each muffin tin. Grease the pan, use Pam if available. Mix the other ingredients together in a small bowl. Divide evenly in the pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Will be golden on top.
