15 min gumbo

Ingredients
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (gumbo mix is best, I used italian, whatever you prefer)2 cups chicken (or vegi for completely vegan) broth2 tablespoons cajun seasoning2 cloves of garlic minced fine1 can black beans rinsed2 cups pre cooked rice.
Directions
Dump all ingrediants besides rice in medium sauce pan. Bring to a simmer. Add rice and simmer until some liquid is absorbed. Serve hot, if you like it spicier add a splash of louisana (red hot) hot sauce. Makes 4 servings.
