simple fresh strawberry smoothie

1 1/2 C Frozen Strawberries1/8 C Yoplait Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt1 C Skim Milk
Take your blender and add 1.5 C frozen strawberries, then add the 1 C skim milk and finally add the 1/8 C lowfat vanilla yogurt. Secure Lid on Blender and choose drink setting or pulse till all the is blended. Will be a thicker smoothie but you could blend longer or let it sit in the glass for a bit to thin out if you like to drink it from a straw.
Changes to recipe - you can substitute any frozen fruit you like and also change the lowfat yogurt to the flavor that matches the fruit you are using. If you like you smoothies sweeter you can add 1 Tspn of honey before blending as well. This will add a few calories and fat to the nutritional value but when sweeter it still makes a healthier dessert than cake or cookies.
