Ingredients
Directions
1 Jar of Bertolli Alfredo Sauce 1 Pack of large frozen shrimp 40-50 countSeafood seasonings... I used a bit of old bay seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, and a splash of lemon juice. 2 TBSP of butter unsalted or salted. It's up to you
Thaw shrimp by placing in a bowl of cool water.
While I set aside shrimp to thaw, I start boiling about 6 cups of water for the pasta
I start de-shelling (for lack of a better word) shrimp while boiling water is heating up
Once water is boiling, I toss in pasta and finish de-shelling shrimp.
In a pan I melt the butter and throw in shrimp and seafood seasonings/lemon juice and sautee .
Shrimp takes about 5-10 minutes to cook.
Pasta takes about 8-15 minutes depending on how you like the tenderness of it.
Once pasta is cooked, I drain water and toss back into the boiling pot. I add the shrimp, melted butter and all into the pasta. I stir Alfredo sauce and serve warm.
Best served with a salad.
