Microwave Sponge Cake ( Vegan )

Ingredients
275g Self-raising flour100g Splenda Brown Sugar BlendDash Of Salt2g Vanilla Extract (1tsp)4g Baking Powder (2tps)180ml Water (3/4 cup)
Directions
1. Mix together all dry ingredients.
2. Stir in the vanilla extract & water.
3. Use A spatula & stir till smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into an 8 inch microwavable dish, oval dish recommended.
5. Nuke for 6 minutes.
6. Allow the cake to cool down.
7. Cut into slices & serve.
