Chocolate Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/3 cup rolled old fashion oatmeal -- not instant1 packet Swiss Miss Diet Hot Chocolate - 25 calories1/2 medium banana - mashed1/8 t cinnamondash of salt1/4 c hot water1/4 c cold water1 packet of Splenda or to taste
Directions
Pour cocoa mix into a container with cinnamon, sweetener and salt.

Add 1/4 cup of hot water, and stir thoroughly.

Once cocoa mix has dissolved, add 1/4 cup of cold water and stir.

Place cocoa mixture in the fridge to chill. (Make sure it is cold, or oatmeal may bubble over when cooking!)

Combine with mashed banana and oats in a medium-sized bowl and mix well.

Microwave dish for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes -- the longer, the thicker. You can heat at 4 to 6 minutes at 50% power if you haven't chilled the cocoa mixture first. In that se, just 1/2 cup water.

Stir it and allow to cool and thicken.

Makes one serving.
