1 pound extra lean ground beef - fresh works best for this98% fat free cream of mushroom soup2 slices reduced calorie whole wheat bread1/2 cup sliced mushrooms1 tbsp olive oil
Shape hamburger meat into eight thin patties on waxed paper - about 4 " in diameter. Lightly salt and pepper. Toast the bread and tear into little pieces. Put one half slice of bread on each of 4 patties. cover with another patty and form into 4 balls. Brown all over in olive oil in pressure cooker. Add mushrooms and soup to cooker. Bring up to pressure and cook for 5 minutes. Makes 4 quarter pound meatballs with mushroom gravy.
