Southern Baked Rice

Ingredients
1/4 cup margarine1 large onion, chopped1 cup uncooked rice1 - 4 0z can mushrooms2 cans beef broth, consomme etc.
Directions
Melt margarine in small skillet.

Saute onions until clear.

Mix all ingredients in a large casserole.

Bake uncovered for 1 hour, stirring after 30 minutes.

Serve hot.

Serves 6 - 8 people.
