1/2 cup - Old Fashioned Oatmeal1/2 cup- Canned Pumpkin1/2 cup- Frozen or Fresh Blueberries1 packet of SplendaCinnamon, Nutmeg to taste
Cook 1/2 cup oatmeal in microwave as directed.
Stir in pumpkin, spices, and blue berries.
Microwave for 45 seconds to 60 seconds more.
Stir again.
Top with Splenda.
Enjoy this as a hearty meal, any time of the day!
This is also great with raisins, or other berries!
