Tofu Pot Pie

Ingredients
3 cups Green Giant frozen mixed veggies1 small potato chopped small176 grams herbed tofu extra firm (half a pack)1 can cream of mushroom soup1 cup Bisquick1/2 cup milk1 egg
Directions
Mix veggies, chopped potato, tofu and mushroom soup in a 9 inch square pan, stir. Mix last three ingredients and pour over veggie mix. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves six.
