Turkey Sausage gravy

2 pounds raw ground turkey, 93% lean/7% fat, mixed with breakfast sausage seasonings (see below)3 cans fat-free evaporated milk1 3/4 cups water1/2 tsp dried ground Marjoram16 Tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Stick (2 sticks)1 cups whole-grain whole wheat flour Breakfast Sausage seasonings to add to ground turkey:Mix following with 2 lbs 93% lean (at least) ground turkey in a bowl by hand.1 tbsp brown sugar2 tsp dried ground sage2 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp dried ground marjoram1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1 pinch ground cloves
Crumble turkey sausage into large pan. Cook until done.
Add light margarine. Melt over medium heat. Add marjoram, mix completely.
Add flour and mix well.
Slowly add evaporated milk and the water (still over medium heat). Stirring constantly until boiling (about 10 minutes). If mixture thickens to much before it boils, add a little more water to thin and continue cooking and stirring.
Pour over fresh biscuits or bread.
1 cup of gravy mixture per serving.
