Spicy Dilled Tuna Baguette

1 12.5 can water packed tuna drained and flaked1 c diced peeled and seeded cucumber1/3 c dijonnaise1/4 c chopped onion1/4 c oniondill, fresh or dried2 tbsp capers, drained and chopped1 tbsp fresh lemon juice1 10oz whole wheat baguette
1. Combine the tuna, cucumber, dijonnaise,onion, dill, capers, and lemon juice with a fork in a bowl until well blended.
2.Slice baguette lengthwise almost all the way through; spread open. Pull out 1/2 c of the bread form the center of both 1/2, leaving a 1/2 inch thick border. (Use the scooped-out bread to make breadcrumbs and freeze for another day.) Spoon the tuna mixture into the hollowed-out baguette. Close the baguette, then cut into 4 sandwiches.
