Sainsbury's Be Good to Yourself Tortilla Wrap, 1 serving Onion Raw, 1 cupmushroom 1 cup sliced/pieces~70 gm raw, 1 serving Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup *Cheese - Reduced Fat Fetta(30g), 30 gram Jamie Olivers Green Pesto Sauce, 1 servingSainsbury’s Be Good to Yourself Soft Cheese (UK), 20 g
1. Preheat your oven to about 170 and start chopping all your raw vegetables. Also chop your fetta into small cubes.
2. Heat a pan with some oil and add onion and mushrooms. Cook till brown.
3. Next add your peppers and peas, turn heat to low while you prepare your pizza base.
4. Spead pesto sauce on the tortilla wrap.
5. Spread vegetables out evenly on the base.
6. Sprinkle with fetta cheese and soft cheese.
7. Put in the oven until cheese has melted and golden brown
