Chicken and mushroom pasta with white wine sauce

2 chicken breast fillets, no skin, cubed2 tbsp olive oil3/4 cup Half and Half cream 3 oz's (roughly) white wine2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 onion slicedKraft Philly Light herb and garlic cream cheese2 tsp Knorr chicken stock powderMushrooms (about 8)Freshly ground Pepper
Place water on to boil the pasta. When it has reached boiling point, add farfelle and cook 8-10 minutes or time according to pack.
In a large skillet, add olive oil, heat slightly and add chicken, and garlic - cook until no longer pink . Add mushrooms and onion, cook till onion and mushrooms cooked through. Add wine to pan. Stir in cream cheese until melted, add half and half and stock powder and pepper. Bring to boil and leave on low.
Drain pasta. Add to skillet, and serve.
Add parmesan if required - not included in calculations though. Enjoy and let me know how you like it!
