Ingredients
*Tilapia filet, 4 oz * Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp * Lemon Juice, .25 cup * Olive Oil, 1 tsp
Directions
I take the Tilapia straight from the freezer and rub it with the oil and place it in the pan. Then I pour the lemon juice over it into the pan and sprinkle with the lemon pepper and bake it for about 10 minutes or until flaky in a 425 degree preheated oven. It is HEAVENLY!!!

I serve it over a grain like rice or quinoa or couscous and serve a side salad and vegetable with it. This is a favorite of even my five year old.
