Ingredients
1 Pound Ground Beef 93/71 Pound Jenny O Ground Turkey1 Cup Chopped Onion1/2 Cup Oatmeal8 Oz. Tomato Sauce no salt added2 Lg. Eggs1 Tsp.Lizzie's Kitchen No Salt Seasoning1 Tbs. Worchestershire Sauce1 Tbs. Basalmic V inegar3/4 Tsp. Garlic powder or 3 minced clovesBlack Pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all of the ingredients and mix until well blended. Form into a loaf shape on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered until the top is browned and then cover loosely with foil. Bake until the loaf reaches 150 degrees or about 90 minutes. Let it rest for ten minutes before slicing. This recipe makes 16 - 1/2 inch thick servings. Serve with mushroom tomato sauce.
