Chile Relleno Casserole

Ingredients
1 cup Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat4 lg egg whites3 Tbsp Cornstarch3 4oz cans green chiles, I use the diced chiles1lb Kroger Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese 1 8oz can tomato sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a deep 11/2 quart casserole dish with vegetable cooking spray. Mis all ingredients together, pour in casserole dish, and bake 1 hour.

If one hour seems long for you, set the timer for 30 minutes, and check every 10 minutes after that, or, go for the it really smells good test, and check to see if it is ready.
