whole wheat cornbread

Ingredients
1 c. Aunt Jemima Enriched Yellow Corn Meal1 c. whole wheat flour4 tbsp sugar4 tsp bakin powder1/2 tsp salt1 c 2% milk1 egg1/4 c canola oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. In large bvowl, combine corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk, egg and oil. Beat until fairly smooth, about 1 minute. Bake in sprayed 8-inch square baking pan 20 to 23 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Yield: about 9 servings
