A LSSR: pop, pineapple yogurt

Ingredients
300 grams fresh pineapple chunks6 oz can of pineapple juice1 cup 2% milk1 cup lowfat yogurt2 tsp splenda (or to taste)
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until frothy. Pour into 10 pop forms and freeze overnight.
